No service after switching number

I rang yesterday about moving my old contracted number over to my new contract sim but it has not switched yet and I now have no service so I can’t ring text or use data , how long will this take

@LeahMoore Have you tried your old sim to see if it's still working? Did you do a sim swap? https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/SIM-Swap-a-mini-guide/ba-p/1060675

If you still have no service, call into an O2 store and they will help. Be sure to bring ID with you. Alternatively, you can also call customer service in the morning using any phone or Skype on 0800 032 1402

Keep rebooting your phone by turning it off and on.
