No free websites?

I recently had a message (accidentally deleted) saying something about I can no longer get FREE access to websites?

Does anyone know what this is all about?

That's a weird message. There is nothing which should affect your access to free websites (as long as they ARE free)

What phone have you got? Are you on Pay As You Go or a contract?

Also, have you tried to see if your access is restricted?
