No code for £1 earbuds!

Hi, has anyone having problems in receiving their code from O2 for the £1  promotion to claim one pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite value worth £219?

I have phoned O2 4 times now, each time I'm told I will receive the code within 2 days.... but still no code.
