@Anonymous You would have to call o2 & ask them as normally they don’t give out timescales for repairs

It would have to be on the plan for upgrades for anything else to be done in the area.
Unfortunately, no one outside of O2 knows what the plans are and they don't tell anyone until they start work.

Customer service would be guessing if they told you when as the rollout plan is known only to the upgrade team.

Download the O2. My Network app and report the problem within the app to see what they advise.
