I have called through to customer support 3 times with around a 30min in queue only for the call to be ended!
My signal over the last 2/3 months has deteriorated into nearly non existent! Full 4g signal means nothing as there is no data being transfered.
I have tried everything.. its not the phone as I have used my sim in a different phone.
I am on the verge of cancelling with O2 and going back on Vodafone..
If you can, try dropping from 4G to 3G @iiDirtyHarry
As more people access 4G it slows down, and sometimes 3G can offer a better service.
