Dear O2 Community Support

I have had this problem connecting to the Free WiFi Service on the London Overground since 2019 and cannot find options to get help, neither directly from the webpage or O2 Customer Service, yet my details are correct and saved according to the system.

I believed I first found the service at either McDonalds or KFC and then found the service at the stations.

I have had this account for many years now, but it stopped working for me all of a sudden with my latest device that is registered.

I would like to ask, why is there no help link in the webpage itself, where the customer can verify themselves?

Try this

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

The problem with the WiFi service is that is provided by Virgin Media and every network has the same issues, so much so that Vodafone have scrapped it all together and to be honest I wish o2 would too.

All o2 can do for 99% of problems is pass it one to Virgin Media.

Also help is available to the TFL website.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
