I can’t get through to a customer service agent with paying £46 outstanding on my bill. I can’t get through to the Payments Team because the call fails (tried over 30 times). I can’t contact customer services via web chat because no agents are available. What the hell is going on!

@Giles If your phone is barred, as @adamtemp64 has queried, you can call customer service from any phone on 0800 032 1402. You'll just have to keep trying until you get through. We are all customers here and have no access to anyone's account.
When you eventually get this sorted you might want to consider setting up a Direct Debit to avoid problems like this in the future.
