Hi. I ordered a Samsung Note 10 Plus 5G phone on December 24th. The offer was a pair of Samsung earbuds with the device and the same together with a Samsung Active watch and 3 months Amazon TV or something.
The advisor on the phone with O2 checked and confirmed the offer was available and that I would have a leaflet in the box. Of course there is no leaflet in the box and now the first earbud offer has expired. I'm just wondering if anyone can help please.

@Rachael23  This is a customer community. We wouldn't have access to any offers. I did, however, find this, which pertains to the watch. I think you need to deal with Samsung directly for this: https://www.samsung.com/uk/watch-active-offer/ or you could contact Samsung support: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

I will also tag our community managers @Martin-O2 , @Marjo who will be on in the morning. Perhaps they can help.

Hi @Rachael23 ! How are you getting on with this today? Any help from customer service or with contacting Samsung as adviced above? I'm happy to double check the steps needed for this with our Gurus in case you're still stuck though so please do let us know how you're doing. slight_smile
