Hi, I recently lost my phone. I now have new phone and new sim, everything is working fine accept I am unable to turn on my internet data, I have turned phone on and off, airplane mode on and off and switched mobile data on and off several times. Can anyone help me?

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

What phone do you have? as it sounds like the settings are right on the phone...
