Hi,
I just upgraded my phone however when I put my sim in, it’s not working. Anyone know how to help?

Depending on the type of phone, @Kindy, it may have a shipping bar on it, which O2 will need to remove before you can use the phone. The O2 Social Media team is on hand, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
