I ordered a new phone but I won’t be home for delivery. How do I change delivery date?

If you have received a notification, that it has been dispatched then you will need to do it on the couriers website.

If not then you will need to call o2 on 0844 809 0202 or 202 from an o2 phone

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
