Phone ordered 31st October. Dpd didn't deliver, no text message with delivery slot etc. Finally got delivery rebooked for today, 4th November. No text message with delivery slot. Still nothing at 7.15pm. We've been in the house all day. No missed delivery card.
I cannot find how to contact anyone at O2 other than the virtual assistant, which says check dpd tracking.
Dpd tracking still says delivery 4th November.
It's a farce. I've been with O2 for years with no problems, then this.
Any suggestions please?
