New order confirmation link

Anonymous

I placed an order by phone today and was sent an e mail with a link to follow for confirmation. Been trying it all day and continually get a message about a problem and to try later. Chatted on line to a person who sent me the same link! What next?

Hi @Anonymous

If this is an email with a link to confirm your purchase, there is every chance it will update after midnight

You could track your order via My o2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Again the system should update at midnight...

here is another link that may help

http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order

If you haven't got this sorted by tomorrow you may need to contact O2 CS

Hi @Anonymous  You really need to check that your item is actually in stock when you ring CS back today

I am not sure this isn't another 'delaying tactic' for something they had no stock of...:smileysad:

Just how many more 'wait for 72 hours' are they expecting you to do? As I said previously I would be looking to cancel this contract where you are getting nothing for your money...and go instore to order it.

I know you say you will lose the discount.... but this is really about you needing a phone?
