I dont understand How my brother who like me has a samsung S4.  We purchased them at the same time on contract.  We have only had them about 6 months, however my brother has been able to upgrade his through 02 to a Samsung S5.  He had to pay £69.  However they wont let me do it as I have over a year on my contract.  Where is the consistency in that.  Why can he upgrade and I cannot.

Or @Anonymous  is there any difference in your credit rating to your brothers?

I know it seems unfair but if there is anything slightly 'suspect' or different on your rating, this would be enough

1 Did you both buy the s4 at the same time and on exactly the same tariffs? I.e. both on refresh tariffs and same handset up front payment? Or is one a refresh tariff and the other a normal tariff

2 Were both from o2 direct or 1 from o2 and the other from a 3rd party like cpw?
