New Phone, New sim

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello, I am buying a new phone for christmas and this phone requires a nano sim. I want to keep my number and I know you can go into a store and get your micro or normal sim swapped with your number and contract on it but I have heard you can also have all that except the sim is mailed to you. After searching the site for a very long time I cannot find anything so please can anyone inform me of its exsistance?

Hi @AnonymousI have recently done the same thing with a family member. he is having a new phone for Christmas. Current phone takes a micro sim.. new phone will need a nano sim. Went instore and they swapped the sim for a 2-1. He can still use his old S5 now and on Christmas day he will push out the Nano sim for his new phone and he will be good to go...
