Hi.What happened to the network? The second day there is no internet, I can't make calls and send messages

Working fine up here in South Yorks. 


Have you checked your local network status here : https://status.o2.co.uk 

 

Also might be worth checking the information in this guide Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 

 

If not contact o2 and check for any bars, also try your sim in a different phone. 

 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
