Hi I've been trying to call all day to make a complaint as I'm still getting bad network issues with both my mobile and WiFi, I have 2 contracts with you. Every time I call I get cut off. I'm not happy at all.

Direct complaints link here https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain but your wifi is nothing to do with O2.

Also check the network status here http://status.o2.co.uk/
