Anyone know what time the Network Support Team can call up till? 

supposed to have a call from them to sort out an Apple Watch issue and it’s been booked for today but no call as of yet!

I'd be surprised if you got any call back at all tbh.

Chase it up with customer services again.

I already have as had txt message to say they tried to call (they didn’t) and that if I didn’t answer this second time the case would be closed. 
I might message Lisa again and see if she can chase it up as this is over a week now and my watch still won’t accept my data plan.

Well I hope 02 reduce my tarring bill for the duration the data hasn’t been used due to them not making an efficient timescale to solve the issue.
