I’ve just went and changed my tarrif and should have 6 months free with Netflix but it comes up as number not eligible

O2 and offers should not be included in the same sentence. I never have any problem with EE promotions.

Hi @Cazza1975@Welshmabinogion and @AdamD - I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties redeeming your Netflix offer. As @MI5 suggested earlier, would you please be able to turn off WiFi and try redeeming the offer while on mobile data only?
