Hi, trying to activate a Netflix subscription that I got with phone but can’t get any info from o2. Help function is totally useless

O2 aren't currently offering Netflix as an extra, these are the only ones been offered... Extras | Choose an extra for up to six months, on us | O2

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
