Recently signed up to a new 12 month contract 11/12/18 which came with 6 months free Netflix. When attempt to activate states that I am not eligible. Spoke to o2 via online chat who were no help at all. I have waited the 14 day cooling off period as previously advised, was then told there was problems, now being told that it’s not showing on my account even though it states it clearly on my receipt from the o2 store I updated at. Can anyone shed any light on the matter
