Hello, I’ve been with o2 a long time and just upgraded, and took the free year of Netflix offer but have still yet to receive it. Can anyone help me here?

It could be why the system is confused (it doesn't take much!) so I'd wait for @Martin-O2 to get back to you.

It worked but said that I only have 6 months. When I took out the contract the tariff that I took out said a year and so did the Guruu in the shop.

 

Any information why this is happening would be appreciated!! smiling

Also having issues with activating Netflix offer. No email. Checked spam. More than 14 days. Tried shortcut to micro site entered number for new iPad. Think issue is because iPad and account linked to Apple ID so not really using new mobile number?

iPads can't receive normal text messages so you'd have to put the sim in a phone to get the message.
