I'm recently took another contract out with 02. I got a iphone 7 plus in silver. When recieving the device, I got a free 6 months netflix subscription. I've just tried to claim my 6 months free, but it is saying I'm not eligable. Please can you help me with this issue?

If you’ve tried to redeem on mobile data and it’s not working you need to call customer service on 202 to check your contract.

Wrong product, @griffiths_. My apologies, but be aware that you will have a difficult time getting through to customer service once the network comes back up, so you'll have to be patient.
