I have ordered a mobile phone which will be delivered tomorrow, but since there will be no body home I need it delivering to my alternative address - Is there a way to do this?

It will be delivered to a neighbour if no one is home.

You are probably best phoning support, the numbers are in "Contact us" at the foot of the page.

The delivery couriers may allow you to pick it up from the depot with suitable id. However it may just be left at a neighbour.
