@stephanie If you're unable to call customer service from your mobile using the number provided above, you can call for free using Skype or a similar VOIP over a WiFi connection on +44800 032 1402 .

Definitely call them on the free number because, as explained in the link, you do need to give 30 days notice otherwise the contract will keep rolling over on a monthly basis. This means you getting a bill every month.
