I don’t live in england. I pay to close my account but it looks that I own them a bill . I send them money online but their bank didn’t accept yet . Should I call them ? But the thing is that I don’t remember my information of the old account just the number of the account and the old phone number

Definitely call them on the free number because, as explained in the link, you do need to give 30 days notice otherwise the contract will keep rolling over on a monthly basis. This means you getting a bill every month.
