NO Signal for three days

Im in the Dorset area and usually have a great O2 mobile signal at home. For the last three days I have had no signal. Anyone know why? Customer services say no engineering fault and I have phoned them three times from landline (probably costing a fortune). Any help greatly appreciated. K

I am in the Fordingbridge area and have had the same problem. Tried to contact o2 about it via their website yesterday (27/7/12) but couldn't get any response.  Fed up with paying for a service I can not use!

After three calls to O2 over the past 4 days finally yesterday they admitted that there is a fault locally that they are working on! Couldn't give a time on reestablishing a signal though. Still out today! Hope they get to the borttom of it soon.

Make sure once its sorted you put in a claim for compensation for loss of service
