I have an o2 account and a colleague of mine has told me that she has 30% off her bills for been an NHS employee. I would like to find out if this is correct as I work for the NHS and have done for the lifetime of my O2 contract and have never been offered any privileges.

O2 won't chase you to offer it to you I'm afraid.
You will have to wait now as it has to be done when you renew.
Yup, thats correct, and they do change the offer periodically. When I renewed I got my Open Discount which was a £70 credit on my account. Its now a 30% discount off of the airtime portion of your Refresh contract.

I have applied for an NHS discount code, but am not sure at which stage I can enter it. Can I apply it during online upgrade or do I have to complete the transaction and apply it when it appears as a bill?
Thanks

You need to apply the code at the start of your contract @Anonymous

Hi, You need to start your contract first then apply the code to the running contract within the first month.
You can obtain the code before starting the contract but you can't use it until the contract is running.
Thank the lord for that...I took my answer from what you had written further up the page...
