Hi

 

I have just upgraded my phone and can't remember how to get the NHS discount code and to apply it.  When I picked my phone up in the shop the assistant said I needed to text NHS01 to 60202 but the message failed to send.  Is this correct or can I get it another way?

It might also fail to send if you have a £0 spend cap on your account (even though texting this number is free).
Try the number @Cleoriff has given, and if it fails you need to call customer services (or go into a shop) and ask them to change it for you.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Check your myo2, the discount will show on there. But it can take up to 36 hours to go on.
