I have had an email from mycare@o2mail.co.uk asking me to provide proof of ID, is this email a genuine thing or is it a scam to try and copy my information? Thanks

Did it say on the bottom don't reply because this is an unmonitored email address?

It does, but strangely also tells you to email the same address !!
