Hi all,

I'm using a Samsung galaxy 21 ultra, but for some reason , my 02 app, and the website, is telling me that I'm using an Apple iPhone 6? 

Never touched an Apple product, always had Samsung or oneplus. 

Anybody got any idea why this is?

Possibly data entry errors - my Pixel 4A is a year old tomorrow, but in MyO2"Track my orders", it says:

yet interactive 'Device help and support' shows:

If you can find the light blue pencil icon, you can identify your phone as you wish in MyO2 - just a label, though.

It may sort itself out in a while, @BigcheeseBerth.
