Can anyone help me?

I've been on hold for an hour and In every article o2 mentions an online chat service but I think that's discontinued.

Please help asap.

The chat service will only show available when an agent is available, best place to hang around is the shop pages or the contact pages.

How to report your sim lost is here Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

Make sure you have reported it to the Police and you have a crime reference number.
