Can't found my own number

You don't need credit and I've just tried it and it's working for me?
If you still have the sim pack the number is printed on there or give live chat the sim serial number http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Text the word "Number" or "My Number" to 2020 (free)

"Number not in use"
No credit on my sim card
