Hello , I placed an order for the iPhone 13 pro , the only email I had said I should keep a look out for tracking and delivery updates However I haven’t received any , I logged on to my 02 account and it has said the order has been cancelled, I paid £30 upfront and was wondering why my order is cancelled and if I’m still able to receive the order if not will I receive a refund , Thankyou

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
