Hello
i ordered a new phone on Sunday for collection and told it would be ready today. Upon checking the tracking info to pick up, my order has been confirmed but not processed. This is obviously a hinderance and so I’m hoping for some clarity as I would like to pick it up today. Thanks.

@Kierandaly O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system, so there's every chance that what you ordered isn't in stock. You'll need to chase it up with customer service.
