My number may have been deactivated because I get no signal at the moment.
Trying to top up but of course it asks me to put in the code sent on the number (that I do not receive).
Tried calling 202 but to no use

If you are trying to topup, the have a look at this guide Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
Also you would need to call 4445 or 0344 809 0222 as a PAYG customer..
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Is there any way of chatting with someone from customer support?
It says I cannot call ANY number I type in (4445 or 0344 809 0222)

Not on here, there are no O2 advisors.
Message O2 on
(Facebookhttps://o2uk.co/O2CFB)
X (Twitter) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or
Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,
They should be able to help you.

I texted them the day before yesterday. No answer so far...
