My new phone has not been delivered

I bought a new phone, paid for premium next day delivery. All day showed as in progress on My O2. Had an email to say it has been dispatched, not phone has been delivered. It’s now showing as completed in My O2. I have not been able to track it on UK Mail (DHL) as order number wasn’t recognised. I have tried to live chat several times tonight, no one was available.Where is my phone? has anyone had a similar experience?

Alternatively, you can call for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait on hold.

Your order is showing as complete because it has been dispatched from O2.

DHL tracking doesn't usually work immediately though as it takes a while to register in their network. You should receive notification from DHL that they have received your parcel and giving you a delivery date.

You will also receive a text on the morning of delivery giving you a time slot.
