If you still have problems, reach out to the O2 Social Media Team on any of the links just below this post.
And if you still have problems, try manually searching for a network, or switching down to 3G or 4G to get connected to a roaming network, and switch back to your normal 4G or 5G after to see if it holds the data connection. Good luck!

If you have an iPhone., go into settings and change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If it's still not working, contact O2 via the numbers given by @pgn and ask them to remove the roaming bar on your account.
