My 4g keeps asking for a 4 digit pin as my internet has parental control where do I Find this

If it's an O2 network restriction, you need to contact CS to have your 18+ restriction lifted http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

For an o2 restriction there is no pin number needed if for adult content. I would think it's more of a site or phone restriction in which case the standard pin is 0000.
