Just annoying to me but when the guy in the O2 shop set up my account he spelt my name wrong as Shilea not Sheila and I can't find out how to change it.

Can anyone help?

I've read of a few people with spelling mistakes having major hassle to get it corrected. Quite ironic really when you can just phone up, change your address and order a £1500 contract without any checks, but a spelling correction to a name seems almost impossible.....!!!!!

Yes it beggars belief, shame they aren't as strict with address changes and fraudulent upgrades.

Waste of time ringing to amend wrong name on your email address tried to correct mine as they also incorrectly spelled my name and they couldn't change it.

Well I guess your credit reports won't take a hit if you default:D.

Ridiculous they can't change a name:/
How on earth do they check your credit rating with a flawed name?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

That's what makes it so ridiculous - They have to know the real (correct) name from the credit check so when incorrectly typed in by someone why can't they just check the credit report and correct it....?
