My account says Virgin and O2 is linked and activated but I'm not getting any of the benefits

I have had both Virgin and O2 for years but just realised I don't seem to have any of the benefits, double mobile data, next tier internet speeds, 3 WiFi extenders, roaming data ect. When I check my account it says it's linked and activate. Can't find a way to request all the goodies I should be getting. Anyone figured this out? Many thanks.

There should be a link in My O2

Use the web version and look under the 'more' tab'
