My SIM Card was unregistered.

Hello, when I put my SIM card into my phone saying the SIM is unregistered. How would I go about trying to restore my SIM and it's number, thank you

Have you used the sim in the last 6 months?

If not you ill need to contact customer service to have it reactivated as long as it's not much over the 6 months

If this isn't the issue, we need a little more info such as P&G or contract, new sim or replacement sim.

@B17Curtis  You need to speak to customer service in the morning. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus If you cannot call the numbers within the link, you can call for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am.
