My O2 won't show my Contract

My O2 won't let me see how many minutes and texts I have left on my contract, it doesn't show anything about my phone details and won't show my bill, I don't know any other way to see my remaining minutes.

As it is acount specific you will need to contact O2 on 202 from your mobile. You can get details of remaining allowances by sending a blank text to 21202.
