My O2 rewards haven't been sent to me

The other day I went to spend my o2 rewards and I chose a £10 Amazon egift card. Several days later I still haven't received the card number through my email. I can't find any FAQs on the issue and there is no live chat to resolve the issue. What do I do?

O2 basically make it impossible to contact them easily. Can't call them unless it's urgent and there is no live chat.
