Solved: My O2 App Live Chat

Hey, does anyone how long the live chat conversations are kept in the My O2 app, or if there is any way to manually remove them?

I just did a test and if you open a chat conversation and then tap and hold on the text box, you get a X top left of screen to delete it.

This is on Android.

'twas just a guess as I don't use live chat and that's how you delete other notifications in the app.
Have you tried asking Aura?

I haven't - I did ask O2 Live Chat support (on the website) on how to remove conversation threads from within the My O2 app and they had no idea what I was talking about
