My Content Nextgen SCAM

Has anybodyelse recieved text from a company called Nextgen Ltd, claiming that you have subscribed to a £4.50 a week program called 'My Content'.

Ive read about this scam on line with mixed reponses as to what action should be taken, do I send a stop msg or do I ignore

Yes, definitely send the stop text.

I often wonder if the "stop" process is safe these days? I compare to emails where the advice is simply to delete and not reply, or open documents / links?

Different scenario.

The regulations are centred around sending a stop text to stop these charges from further occurrences.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
