Good afternon all,
I have a Samsung S21.
I tried logging on to my phone's My O2 app but it does not accept my username and password. However I am able to log on to My 02 app on the O2 website.
I called customer services, they told me to delete then re-install the O2 app- did not work.
If this did not work I was to use the webchat- I could not find this anywhere on the 02 website.
I then cleared the data and cache-this did not work either.
I then called O2 and the automated service hung up on me.
Has anyone else had this issue, if so what's the solution?
Thanks in advance.
Nasir

You need to contact O2 to reset your app signin.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
