Have been using a vpn to connect to data or is your vpn turned on by accident?
Might be best to call customer service on 202 if you’ve done nothing different this month?

A VPN is a virtual private network which you can use to bypass the network settings for various different reasons. Also used by security cameras and things like that if you have installed or connected to anything. There is a switch in your settings to turn it on and off.

Just give customer service a call and they'll be able to tell you.
