why doesn’t the mobile Internet work on new sim cards o2 ,need to configure something?

@Alex11 You need to call customer service to get the sim activated.

Or use your old sim if you have one and it's still working, and then do a sim swap if you want to use the new sim.

If it's a payg sim, you need to top it up to activate it. 
If contract it should already be activated but if not working, call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
