I had my phone stolen last week so i have been sent replacement sim in the post to put in an old phone temporarily. It says sim swap sim so i have tried doing that but had no luck, they’re saying my SSN number is wrong even though i’m typing the one on the plastic. Phone calls and texts send but my mobile data is not working. I have spoken to o2 and they’re sending another replacement sim out in case the one i have is faulty. Is there anything else i can do before this replacement turns up? I am due to go on holiday on Monday and i am aware delivery is a few days so this is relatively urgent. Thanks in advance
