Hi there, I am a Virgin media customer and received an Virgin/O2 offer via email, it was an 18 month contract, 10GB for £10 with unlimited calls and texts. I applied for this a few weeks ago and they said I would receive a sim through the post however I haven’t heard anything and I haven’t received the Sim yet. I have tried to get support from Virgin media about this but they sent me the link to talk to you
